About the Teamster Nurses

We are a group of Endeavor nurses who are tired of our patients from suffering and dying at the cost of lining up the pockets of greedy hospital administration. Endeavor's nursing administration offers "Town Hall" and "Coffee Break" meetings for nurses to create a false sense of unity and representation. Instead, these meetings are often coordinated presentations that overlook major issues such as inadequate staffing and retention.

We were once considered "heroes" during the COVID-19 pandemic. We believe that our Endeavor nurses deserve the following:

• Safer staffing and ratios
• No more cuts to wages
• Proper compensation for highly specialized nurses
• Actual representation from all units
• Proper safety equipment and law enforcement to ensure our patients and staff are safe
